Eildon have helped me on 2 or 3 occasions when I had problems with a new computer and printer which I purchased earlier this year. My difficulties were dealt with very promptly and professionally. Also I recently had a problem with a fraudster and had very good back-up from Eildon in this connection.

I have been involved in using computers since I was at university 55 years ago and developed my personal way of using them as new software and programmes progressed. However, over the last few years, software updates gradually made my computer prowess frustratingly difficult and no longer user-friendly.
I was put in touch with Alison Low of Eildon IT Training, who came to see me and listened to my frustrations which she fully understood and managed to reset my thinking on to another track and now I am once again totally conversant with my laptop which is once more in “user-friendly mode” for me.
To me, Alison’s great asset (apart from her wide computer knowledge), was her ability to listen and empathise with my frustrations and be able to show and persuade me how to overcome them. She also provided me with superb backup notes that helped me feel confident in using my new way of working with my laptop.
